Umbra and Aura Salon is a single chair salon suite located in Allentown PA. I’m Emily, a Vivid Hair Color & Color Correction Specialist, and the creator behind Umbra & Aura. Keeping hair as healthy as possible is a primary goal, and one of the reasons I chose a color line that is Ammonia-free, PPD-free, vegan and gentler than traditional ammoniated color (with no sacrifice towards results)! I believe in providing a relaxing, cozy environment while creating your dream hair, and paying close attention to details. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved for you, which could have been offered to another client.
Our cancellation policy applies to all services booked. For example, If you are scheduled for a hair cut and color, and decide that you only need a hair cut, please reach out to us to update your appointment no later than 48 hours before your scheduled date and time to ensure no cancellation fee applies.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly through our online booking system or via phone or text at 610-770-7199. Cancellations made through social media may not be accepted, as we may not see them in time.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. If no-shows are a repeated offense, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
